Overview
Responsibilities:
- Lead guided tours of the winery, vineyards, and wine production areas, providing engaging and informative commentary. Educate guests about the winemaking process, the history of the winery, and the unique features of our wines. Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere, ensuring a positive guest experience. Conduct wine tastings, offering recommendations based on guest preferences and answering questions about the wines. Assist with event coordination for private tours, group bookings, and special events. Ensure the safety and comfort of guests during tours, following all winery policies and safety guidelines. Provide support in maintaining a clean and organized tour area.
Required Qualifications:
- Passion for wine, winemaking, and storytelling. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage with diverse groups of people. Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or guiding tours. Knowledge of wine, vineyards, and the winemaking process preferred. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions. Knowledge of English, Russian, and Armenian. Must be 21 years or older.
