Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Design and create compelling training content, including presentations, manuals, video and voiceover scripts, and e-learning modules
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy, relevance, and engagement
  • Develop microlearning materials and interactive learning solutions for self-paced and instructor-led formats, such as cheat sheets, short guides and checklists, quizzes, etc
  • Apply instructional design principles to structure training materials for a diverse range of learners
  • Ensure that all materials are aligned with adult learning theories and best practices in education
  • Incorporate multimedia and creative elements to enhance the learning experience
  • Integrate cutting-edge digital technologies (e.g., virtual reality, augmented reality, gamification tools, Generative AI tools) into e-learning modules to create interactive and engaging learning experiences
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or curriculum development
  • Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Articulate Storyline, or similar
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and in Armenian
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning technologies will be a plus
