Responsibilities:
  • Own Facebook UA for web + app funnels across our core dating portfolio
  • Plan, launch, optimise, and scale campaigns
  • Build and maintain account/BM structures and operational hygiene (tracking setup, domains, whitelists, payment flow, basic infrastructure)
  • Run a structured creative testing loop: hypotheses → iterations → learning → scaling
  • Drive automation improvements and document best practices to scale the channel reliably
Required Qualifications:
  • Senior hands-on Facebook UA background (web/B2C), with proven experience in the USA + Tier-1
  • Budget ownership at $100k+/month level (ideally closer to $200k+/month)
  • Strong grasp of Facebook best practices (structure, scaling, bidding, measurement, troubleshooting)
  • Readiness for a role that is ~70–80% execution / ~20–30% channel leadership
  • Experience (or solid exposure) to automation + a practical understanding of AI/creative iteration workflows
