Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Edit raw footage to create high-quality, engaging videos with seamless transitions, clear structure, and strong storytelling
  • Edit and produce both short-form and long-form content using original footage, stock footage, motion graphics, and branded assets
  • Use AI features within Adobe Premiere Pro (such as auto-captioning and silence removal) to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency
  • Generate and edit AI voiceovers, including cloned voices, to support various video formats
  • Write and refine AI prompts to generate relevant video content, including AI-generated visuals and animations
  • Create motion graphics and visual effects using Adobe After Effects and other tools
  • Pitch video concepts and creative ideas to the marketing team based on data, trends, and direct response principles
  • Stay updated on social media trends (Meta, TikTok, YouTube) and apply them to video content strategies
  • Conduct ongoing creative research to develop trend-responsive and high-performing ad creatives
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters, media buyers, and the broader creative team to iterate on winning creatives
  • Help manage the publishing process to ensure content is optimized across multiple platforms
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro (required), with full command of built-in AI tools such as:
  • Auto captioning
  • Silence removal
  • Scene detection
  • Speech-to-text workflows
  • Strong skills in Adobe After Effects (required) for animations and motion graphics
  • Experience generating voiceovers using AI (e.g., ElevenLabs, Descript) and cloning voice profiles as needed
  • Ability to generate and work with AI visuals and video content using tools like Runway, Veo, or similar
  • Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and Audition is a plus
  • Deep understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, and emotional resonance in videos
  • Familiarity with social media ad formats and direct-response editing principles
  • Comfort working autonomously, managing multiple projects, and implementing feedback effectively
  • A growth mindset — constantly looking to improve and experiment with new creative and technical approaches
  • Has a desire to solve problems, openness to giving and receiving feedback and a hunger to always be improving
  • Digital Strategy and Audience Development experience, a major plus
