SoftConstruct is looking for a VIP Support.
Responsibilities:
- Micromanagement of an assigned portfolio of VIP customers for maintaining ongoing communication outreach and responsiveness via all communication channels
- Develop a strong understanding of the company’s VIP customer needs & providing excellence in customer service to build long term relationships and maintaining VIP cards
- Advising and providing feedbacks, cooperating with CRM in order to build
- Working on set targets, objectives and goals while being accountable for VIP Customer satisfaction
- Proactively improve all metrics of the assigned portfolio
Required Qualifications:
- Native Armenian speaker
- Knowledge of English is a must
- 1-2 years minimum experience in IGaming Account Management Sport and Casino will be a plus
- Work experience in a customer service environment, VIP customer is an advantage
- Attentive to detail with a spontaneous relationship building skill
- Commercial acumen, with an analytical approach
- Organized and proactive
- Excellent phone and written communication skills
- Committed to provide an outstanding service to the most valuable customers
- Self-motivated team player with ability to work independently
- Presentable, willing to travel to attend football events
- Passione for Sports and knowledge of Casino products
- Highly numerate and analytical
