SoftConstruct is looking for a Website Manager.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain various IT industry websites, ensuring optimal performance, security, and uptime
  • Oversee content updates, landing page optimizations, and promotions in collaboration with the marketing team
  • Work with SEO specialists to implement strategies that enhance organic traffic and search visibility
  • Analyze website performance, user engagement, and conversion rates using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Hotjar, and other relevant tools
  • Coordinate with developers and designers to troubleshoot issues, implement new features, and improve website functionality
  • Ensure website compliance with industry regulations, security standards, and data protection policies
  • Conduct regular A/B testing and UX/UI enhancements to improve user interaction and experience
  • Manage website hosting, domain settings, and third-party integrations
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and website management best practices
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Digital Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 3+ years of experience in website management, digital marketing, or IT
  • Strong expertise in CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal, Joomla) and website management tools
  • Experience with SEO principles, analytics, and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is an advantage
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on user experience
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Experience in iGaming, Gambling, or E-commerce industries is a plus but not required
  • Fluency in English (Armenian is a plus)
