Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Deputy head of business risk management ?Softconstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate day-to-day operations across Sportsbook, Casino, Traffic, Payment Risk & Verification, Promotion Risk, and Risk Development functions
- Support team leads in setting priorities, planning resources, managing performance, coaching team members, and resolving cross-functional dependencies
- Ensure consistent operational standards, accountability, escalation procedures, and implementation of decisions across brands, markets, and risk teams
- Support the Head of Business Risk Management in translating departmental strategy into operational plans and measurable outcomes
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field
- A Master's degree or relevant professional certifications (e.g., FRM, CISA, PMP) is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of risk management frameworks, assessment methodologies, and mitigation strategies
- Proficiency in risk management software (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream, SAP GRC,Jira) and data analysis tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel)
- Understanding of legal and regulatory compliance in Armenia and international markets
- Ability to analyze complex risk data and provide actionable recommendations
- Fluency in Armenian and English (both written and spoken) is required, and knowledge of Russian is an advantage
