Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Junior Marketing Specialist?

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
  • Support the creation of marketing materials (presentations, posts, newsletters, etc.)
  • Conduct market and competitor research
  • Help manage social media platforms and online presence with the team
  • Coordinate with internal teams to support marketing initiatives based on proposals
  • Assist in organizing promotional activities and events
  • Prepare basic reports based on requests regarding marketing campaigns
  • Maintain marketing databases and documentation
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor that align with the job description and comply with the labor code
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • 1 + years of experience in marketing or a related role
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is required. Knowledge of other languages is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative thinking and attention to detail
  • Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing is an advantage
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
