Job Description

Quality and Performance Analysis Specialist is responsible for supervision of Network Qualitative operational Indicators KPI/KQI and management of databases. H/She is also responsible for detecting and analyzing the issues in the network, ensuring quality of the network and services.

Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the planning works related to the expansion and development of
  • RAN and transmission networks;
  • Submit necessary reports, create databases, ensure data archiving;
  • Collect documents necessary for sites, implementation, develop and supervise the database based on the collected documents;
  • Monitor and make proposal for parameters tuning for sites with lower performance.
  • Ensure performance monitoring of all Network domains: Core CS/PS, RAN, Trans, VAS, etc).
  • Handling customer complaints, analyze and solve, and/or distribute to relevant teams in TD and also in the Company, convince proper feedback;
  • Analyze the current traffic and coverage quality and edit complaints in regards to the coverage and prepare responds;
  • Evaluate different activities and incidents in the network;
  • Collect and prepare various data, submit daily, weekly/monthly quarterly reports.
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher   education,  1-2   years   of   corresponding   work   experience   in   a Telecommunication Company in dealing with technical processes and good knowledge of associated services;
  • Knowledge on the construction of cellular networks and qualitative indicators;
  • Experience in dealing with CC complaints;
  • Language skills: Armenian, Russian and English;
  • Computer skills (MS Office);
  • Analytical and reporting skills;
  • Communication, Teamwork and cooperation skills;
  • Result/customer oriented.
