Job Description

Yerevan Mall is looking for a creative and responsible SMM & Content Manager to create engaging, brand-aligned content across social media and other communication channels, while contributing to content planning, SMM activities, and marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the daily content communication of Yerevan Mall, KinoPark, and Captain Kid across social media and other digital channels.
  • Write engaging, clear, and brand-aligned captions, campaign copy, headlines, scripts, blog articles, push notifications, and other content.
  • Take responsibility for the company’s copywriting and content writing needs.
  • Adapt communication to the tone of voice, target audience, and objectives of each brand.
  • Edit and proofread all content to ensure accuracy, consistency, and correct grammar.
Required Qualifications:
  • Excellent Armenian copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Strong understanding of content strategy, social media communication, and brand tone of voice.
  • Ability to create engaging content for different brands, audiences, platforms, and formats.
  • Experience developing structured monthly content plans and managing content calendars.
  • Strong creative thinking and the ability to turn marketing objectives into relevant content ideas.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to manage the daily content needs of multiple brands and work effectively under tight deadlines.
  • Understanding of key social media metrics and the ability to use performance insights to improve content.
  • A high level of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a fast-paced team.
  • Good knowledge of English and Russian will be considered an advantage.

This is a maternity leave replacement position.
The position is planned to be filled in January 2027.
