SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and administer company IT systems, servers, and networks to ensure optimal performance.
  • Install, configure, and update operating systems, software, and security patches.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
  • Manage user accounts, access controls, and IT security policies.
  • Ensure data backups, disaster recovery plans, and system redundancy are in place.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to improve infrastructure efficiency and scalability.
  • Document system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guidelines.
  • Provide technical support and training to employees on system-related matters.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a System Administrator or in a similar IT role.
  • Proficiency in managing enterprise IT infrastructure and system configurations.
  • Strong understanding of network administration and cybersecurity measures.
  • Experience with scripting and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Python) is a plus.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud services.
  • Experience with network protocols, firewalls, and security best practices.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve system performance issues.
