Digitain is looking for an administrative assistant to support the administrative tasks of Trading Directorate in Digitain.
The ideal candidate should be motivated, detail-oriented and responsible with good time management skills and eager to learn new things and grow professionally in the Digitain family.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide general administrative support to the managerial staff, including email, scanning, etc.
  • Manage the work schedule of the line manager
  • Collect data on employees' work schedules, holidays, absences, etc.
  • Implement the necessary functions with the 1C program
  • Assist in organizing the communication between the various units of the directorate
  • Carry out the inventory of the directorate units
  • If necessary, translate emails, documents, etc. (from Russian, English to Armenian, and vice versa)
  • Collect reports from all directorate units and submit them to the line manager
  • If necessary, conduct tours around the directorate
  • If necessary, cooperate with other directorates of the Company
  • Carry out other functions assigned by the line manager and arising from the duties of the position
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Work experience in a similar field is preferable
  • Excellent knowledge of languages: written and spoken Armenian, English, and Russian
  • Software knowledge: MS Office, 1C, knowledge of Jira is preferable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Time management skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Performance of works within the specified time limits
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Ability to acquire new knowledge
