We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior B2B Support Specialist to join our team and help us maintain strong relationships with our business clients.  This role considers 24/7 support with shifts.

Responsibilities:

Required Qualifications:
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar position;
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issues;
  • Customer-focused with a commitment to providing excellent service;

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Previous experience in customer support or a related field is a plus.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and support tools is an advantage.
