Picsart is looking for a Junior Service Monitoring and Control Specialist to support our IT operations. In this role, you’ll monitor critical systems, manage incident responses, and collaborate with engineering teams to maintain network and server infrastructure. Ideal candidates should have foundational IT knowledge, strong communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.

Responsibilities:
  • Monitor dashboards and system logs, maintaining server and network infrastructure.
  • Promptly inform relevant departments about potential risks or service impacts.
  • Execute Incident Management processes, documenting and resolving issues or escalating as needed.
  • Analyze change impacts on IT systems to minimize downtime and degradation.
  • Monitor backup processes, system logs, and security logs, reporting suspicious activity.
  • Respond to network and service events, opening and assigning trouble tickets when needed.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team and other stakeholders to resolve issues.
Required Qualifications:
  • Basic knowledge of Linux server systems.
  • Basic understanding of controls and risk management procedures.
  • Basic understanding of network structures.
  • Basic knowledge of DevOps concepts.
  • Familiarity with any scripting language is a plus.
  • Strong time management, communication, and multitasking skills.
  • Intermediate written and verbal English communication skills.
