Responsibilities:
  • Manage talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Ensure efficiency of the hiring process for meeting the strategic hiring needs
  • Come up with employer branding initiatives to build a positive employer reputation and to attract the best candidates
  • Develop onboarding procedure to ensure best employee experience
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Benefits package design and implementation
  • Loyalty plan creation
  • Devise strategies in maintaining a clear and active line of communication and engagement within a workplace
  • Corporate events organization and budgeting
  • Provide support in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation, resolve any raised issues
  • Handle employment terminations and offboarding
  • Measure employee engagement level and satisfaction
  • Organize periodic employee performance reviews
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in the field of HRM or relevant field
  • At least 3 years of experience in managing human resources
  • Strong knowledge of RA labor law and employment practices
  • Advanced knowledge of written and spoken English and Russian languages
  • Enthusiasm to work with the team and in the team, ability to contribute to building a positive team spirit
  • Ability to build and develop relationships with employees and candidates
  • Result-oriented approach
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
  • Adherence to higher working ethical standards (honesty, dedication, responsibility), innovative thinking, confidentiality and objectiveness
