Evoca is looking for a Payment operations Specialist who will be responsible for managing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the payment processing systems within the organization. Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage the end-to-end payment processing operations to ensure timely and accurate transaction processing;
  • Monitor and analyze payment systems performance, identifying and resolving issues to minimize disruptions and ensure operational efficiency;
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and internal policies related to payment processing;
  • Collaborate with IT and technical teams to implement and maintain payment systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with payment service providers, vendors, and
financial institutions to support operational needs and resolve any issues;
  • Support the implementation of new payment technologies and solutions, including system upgrades and process improvements;
  • Address and resolve customer and partner inquiries related to payment transactions and processes in a timely and professional manner.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field;
  • At least 3 years of experience in Fintech or payment companies;
  • Proven experience in payment operations, payment processing, or a similar role within a financial or payment services environment;
  • Strong understanding of payment processing systems, industry regulations, and compliance requirements;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to manage and resolve complex operational issues;
  • Proficient in the use of payment systems and related software, with strong analytical and reporting skills;
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal teams and external partners;
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
  • Good command of Russian and English languages.
