Overview
AffPapa is looking for a Affiliate Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing and growing existing affiliate accounts across various brands
- Monitor and help review the performance of these accounts to ensure return on investment and alignment with KPIs
- Support the creation, planning, and execution of affiliate acquisition, retention, and reactivation strategies in both existing and new markets
- Assist in analyzing campaign results to ensure they contribute to overall departmental targets
- Collaborate with other team members to apply best practices that may positively impact other areas of the business
- Aid in negotiating and securing the best arrangements and pricing from affiliate partners
Required Qualifications:
- Interest in the iGaming industry
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills
- Clear communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
- Ability to handle pressure and solve problems efficiently
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude
