Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Grow and manage Uplay’s online social presence to increase brand awareness and customer engagement
  • Develop and execute a bold, innovative social media strategy that positions Uplay as Ucom’s TV and media platform.
  • Oversee and actively participate in content creation, storytelling, and campaign execution across Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok to directly drive engagement and follower growth
  • Create high-quality, engaging content—including short-form videos, reels, static posts, stories, and captions—that aligns with brand voice, tone, and visual guidelines
  • Interact and engage with our audience and respond to inquiries
  • Optimize and analyze posts for engagement
  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, publishing, and profile optimization (including bios and highlights)
  • Schedule posts at optimal times for maximum reach
  • Assist in the planning and execution of social media campaigns
  • Support product launches, promotions, and campaigns through targeted social content
  • Partner with marketing and product teams to align social media with broader brand goals.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, social media best practices, and platform updates
  • Use social media analytics tools to track the performance of campaigns and content.
  • Provide regular reports on key metrics and insights to evaluate the success of social media efforts.
Required Qualifications:
  • At least three years of experience in a social media management roles
  • Ability to tell engaging stories with posts and pics
  • Creative, out-of-the-box mindset
  • Awareness of the latest trends across social platforms
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging short-form video and written content
  • Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills
  • Direct experience working with some/all of the following: Instagram, TikTok, Facebook
  • BA|BS degree or equivalent work experience
  • Written and verbal communication skills of Armenian and English, Russian
