Dial Tel LLC is looking for a Technical Support Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide first-line technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat regarding telecom products and services
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to network connectivity, hardware, software, and configurations
  • Escalate complex issues to higher levels of support or engineering teams as needed, while ensuring timely resolution
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated on new telecom technologies, products, and services to provide accurate information to customers
  • Fulfil other technical tasks as required.
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 2 years of proven working experience in a similar role
  • Solid knowledge of telecom networks, protocols, and infrastructure
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze complex technical issues
  • Customer-oriented mindset with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English and Russian languages.
