As Evoca continues to expand and grow its market presence, Evoca is seeking a dynamic and strategic leader to join EvocaTEAM as the Head of Corporate Business. The Head of Corporate Business will be responsible for leading the corporate banking business line, developing and executing strategies to enhance client relationships, and driving business growth. This role requires a visionary leader with a proven track record of success in corporate strategy, delivery of corporate banking products and services and business development.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for the corporate banking business line to achieve business objectives, including revenue growth, market share expansion, and profitability;
- Identify market trends and opportunities to drive the development of new products and services tailored to corporate clients;
- Collaborate with senior management to align corporate banking strategies with the Bank’s overall business goals;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients;
- Develop and execute business development strategies to expand the client base and increase market penetration;
- Lead negotiations and close deals for corporate banking products and services;
- Monitor and manage the performance of the corporate unit, including financial metrics, client satisfaction, and operational effectiveness;
- Implement best practices and process improvements to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency;
- Analyze financial performance, market trends, and business metrics to make data-driven decisions and strategic recommendations;
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the organization;
- Provide strategic direction and mentorship to the corporate business team;
- Collaborate with senior executives to define and execute corporate strategies, including mergers and acquisitions, partnerships, and market expansion.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred;
- 7+ years of experience in corporate banking, with a proven track record in management and business development;
- Significant experience in leadership and team management, including developing and executing strategies and overseeing daily operations;
- Strong understanding of corporate banking products, services, and financial management;
- Proficiency in analyzing financial data, market trends, and performance metrics to make informed business decisions;
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and stakeholders;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, senior management, and staff;
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills to secure business deals and manage client expectations;
- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and organizational needs;
- Strong problem-solving skills to address complex issues and develop effective solutions;
- Good command of Russian and English languages.
