Responsibilities:
What will you be doing?

  • Identify customer needs, ensure a personalized approach, and fully satisfy them through provided services;
  • Organize the provision of high-quality banking services at the branch;
  • Manage operational risks and ensure compliance with internal bank policies and regulations;
  • Attract new customers and strengthen relationships with existing ones;
-Actively carry out sales of banking products and promote cross-selling;
  • Achieve the financial and operational goals set for the branch and ensure profitable and sustainable performance;
  • Manage the branch team effectively, including staff selection, training, motivation, and continuous performance monitoring.
Required Qualifications:
What skills is Evoca looking for?

  • Higher education in economics or finance;
  • 5 years of experience in banking, with a proven track record in management;
  • Excellent knowledge of RA banking legislation, customer service, and lending processes;
  • Strong negotiation and conflict management skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of the AS-Bank system;
  • Advanced leadership skills;
  • Decision-making ability;
  • Problem-solving skills in a fast-changing environment;
  • Analytical mindset;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Russian.
