Lynon is looking for a Account Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Foster strong, long-term partnerships with business clients
- Collaborate with developers to address and resolve partner issues and concerns in a timely manner
- Keep partners informed about platform innovations, updates, and new features
- Analyze competing platforms to identify missing features and tools, providing valuable insights for improvement
- Regularly review partner turnover and profit metrics to ensure optimal business performance
- Monitor the website's functionality and ensure a seamless user interface experience
- Identify partner expectations and effectively communicate them to the relevant departments for resolution
- Stay up to date on industry trends, company offerings, partner value, and the competitive landscape
- Act as the partner’s advocate in company development discussions
Required Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with internal teams and partners
- Ability to deliver clear and compelling presentations
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Prior experience in multiple gambling companies is an advantage
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple projects efficiently
- Strong ability to juggle multiple responsibilities while resolving issues promptly
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stress environment
