Lumina Law LLC is looking for a Administrative Assistant.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support per internal procedures
  • Monitor and update calendars and deadlines, including court dates
  • Send reminders and confirmations for all appointments
  • Organize case materials and ensure proper archiving
  • Follow firm protocols for privacy and document handling
Required Qualifications:
  • The Firm provides advanced and comprehensive training. Prior experience in the field is not required
  • Fluency in English both written and oral
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to manage a large amount of data and matters and attention to details
  • Ability to communicate effectively in a virtual environment
