Overview

We are looking for an Administrative Officer who will oversee the daily operations of office facilities and reception teams across the buildings. The role is responsible for ensuring smooth facility operations, team coordination, maintenance activities, and high service standards.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise reception, cleaning, maintenance, and facility support activities across serviced buildings
  • Coordinate facility maintenance, repair, landscaping, and contractor services, ensuring timely and high-quality execution
  • Oversee office supplies, inventory, uniforms, and stock management processes
  • Ensure proper maintenance, utilization, and inventory control of company assets and office spaces
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain operational schedules, reports, and documentation
  • Support office relocation, workplace allocation, and new office setup projects
  • Manage team workload, performance, onboarding, and compliance with company standards
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure efficient facility operations
  • Prepare and review operational and statistical reports
  • Perform other duties assigned by management
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in facilities, office operations, administration, or a similar role
  • Experience leading and coordinating teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Fluent in Armenian, Russian, and English
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
  • High level of responsibility and initiative
Nice To Have:
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; knowledge of Jira and 1C is a plus
