We are looking for an AI Engineer to design and implement intelligent automation solutions powered by modern AI technologies. You will work on building AI driven workflows that process unstructured data, automate business operations, and support decision making through reliable and scalable systems.
Project Overview:
This project focuses on building intelligent automation solutions that transform complex business documents into structured, actionable data. You will design scalable AI workflows that combine document processing, agent-based automation, and continuous learning through human feedback.

Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop Document AI pipelines to process and extract structured information from unstructured sources such as PDFs and Excel files
  • Build and maintain AI agent workflows using Gemini for business processes including intake, certification, and billing
  • Implement human in the loop review mechanisms including review queues and feedback capture to improve system performance
  • Develop and optimize prompts using few shot learning techniques to enhance accuracy and consistency of AI outputs
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing business workflows
  • Validate and monitor AI outputs to ensure accuracy, completeness, and reliability
  • Continuously improve models and workflows based on feedback and performance metrics
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience designing and implementing Document AI pipelines for unstructured document processing
  • Hands on experience building AI agent solutions using Gemini
  • Experience with workflow automation and integration of AI solutions into business processes
  • Understanding of human in the loop systems and feedback driven improvement cycles
  • Experience with prompt engineering, including few shot learning techniques
  • Proficiency in Python and working with APIs
  • Experience working with large language models and AI based data processing systems
Nice To Have:
  • Experience with cloud based AI services and infrastructure
  • Familiarity with data engineering or data pipeline design
  • Experience with monitoring and evaluation frameworks for AI systems
  • Knowledge of data privacy and security practices in AI applications
