La Galleria Luxury Boutiques is looking for a Assistant to Supervisor.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist company supervisor/chief buying officer with routine works
  • Communicate with foreign partners and transport organization to order goods and to provide delivery
  • Operating with CRM and Sales soft, communicate with sales team
  • Complete high-level writing tasks in Armenian, Russian and English languages
  • Handle correspondence and answer phone calls
  • Schedule and organize meetings
  • Support during negotiations
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by company owner and CEO
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education (Bachelor Degree) in Humanities or Economics
  • At least ears work experience, preferably supporting an executive level individual
  • Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian languages, both verbal and written
  • High level of computer literacy (MS Office, database, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and arithmetical skills
  • High sense of responsibility, accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills and self motivation
  • Teamwork ability
