Imagine Live, part of the Digitain Group, specializes in live gaming and streaming worldwide. We welcome an Automation QA Engineer to join our impactful, fast-growing team to improve our world-class iGaming platform.

Responsibilities:
  • Extend automation coverage by working closely with developers to automate test cases and scenarios
  • Maintain and enhance existing test frameworks, and develop new testing tools when needed
  • Execute and maintain automation scripts for new features and regression testing
  • Convert project specifications (functional and design) into effective test scenarios at the appropriate testing layer
  • Collaborate with QA team members to define and follow best practices in testing and automation
  • Take initiative in identifying gaps and suggesting improvements to product quality and testing processes
  • Perform manual testing when needed
Required Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance, primarily testing web applications in a software development environment
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience in test automation, preferably using Playwright or Cypress
  • Solid experience with JavaScript and TypeScript for writing and maintaining automated tests
  • Experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining end-to-end (E2E), integration, and API tests
  • Strong knowledge of API testing (Postman, REST clients, or similar tools), including validation of responses and test data setup
  • Experience with test frameworks and tools such as Playwright Test, Cypress
  • Good understanding of test automation best practices, including page object models, reusable components, and test stability
  • Hands-on experience in manual testing
  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build processes (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.)
  • Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and code review processes
  • Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and QA methodologies
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility
  • Ability to work independently and proactively identify quality risks
Nice To Have:
  • Knowledge of C# is a plus, especially for working with automation frameworks like NUnit or similar
