Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Backend Engineering Lead (Go / Node.js)?

We are looking for a Backend Engineering Lead to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor backend engineers, providing technical guidance and support
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend services
  • Take ownership of backend architecture and contribute to key technical decisions
  • Establish and maintain engineering best practices, coding standards, and development processes Conduct code reviews and ensure high-quality, maintainable code
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Frontend, QA, DevOps, and other teams
  • Identify technical risks and propose effective solutions. Improve system performance, reliability, scalability, and security
  • Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment and monitoring
  • Help define technical roadmaps and break complex requirements into actionable tasks
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex production and technical issues
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of professional backend software development experience
  • Strong commercial experience with Go or Node.js
  • Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and/or microservices
  • Strong knowledge of databases such as PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB
  • Experience with cloud platforms and/or containerization technologies such as AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes
  • Good understanding of distributed systems, scalability, performance, and system architecture
  • Experience with CI/CD and modern software development practices
  • Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns
  • Previous experience leading or mentoring engineers
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English
