Viva-MTS (MTS Armenia CJSC is looking for a Basic Support Agent (On Shift).

Responsibilities:
  • Provide efficient and effective telephone service to customers
  • Provide proper/accurate information
  • Arise customers’ interest in products and services of the Company
  • Record the issue and follow-up to solve it providing feedback to the customer upon necessity
  • Reply technically as far as possible and transfer the call to technical section if necessary
  • Make records of all customer calls
  • Submit daily reports on complaints and offers received from customers
Required Qualifications:
  • College/Higher education (also can apply undergraduate and master degree students)
  • Relevant work experience is an advantage
  • Fluent in Armenian, Russian and English languages
  • Problem solving and complaints handling skills
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Effective team working and time management skills
