Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and management of our product development in line with the company’s strategic objectives.
- Develop and oversee the product roadmap in alignment with the company’s growth strategy, clearly defining product positioning, objectives, and strategies while ensuring effective implementation.
- Conduct in-depth analyses of competitive products and market trends to creatively strategize product development.
- Design and define product specifications covering functionalities, features, user flows, and performance requirements.
- Stay up to date of internet development trends, analyze competitors, and regularly complete analytical reports or competitive strategies and plans.
- Take primary responsibility for the planning and management of product lines related to the company platform.
- Generate new product ideas, organize and guide market research for product planning, and develop promotional strategies.
- Establish a standardized and efficient product management system and optimize relevant processes.
- Manage product research and development, create project management processes, and work with other departments to ensure projects are completed on time and meet quality standards.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in the internet industry, with at least 3 years in product planning and management within the gaming sector.
- Good knowledge of the industry, experience in the internet environment, and awareness of market trends.
- Deep understanding of product development in the internet industry and awareness of competitor activities.
- Strong ability to drive project initiatives effectively.
- Familiarity with all aspects of the internet industry and mastery of work processes across different stages.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, sound judgment and decision-making abilities.
- Exceptional communication, planning, and execution skills, along with a strong spirit of teamwork.
