Ameriabank CJSC is looking for a Broker /Sales Manager in Brokerage Service/.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively generate leads and acquire new clients through meetings, phone calls, networking, referrals, participation in professional events and other channels
  • Present and sell the Bank’s brokerage services to individual investors, companies, and their employees
  • Maintain regular communication with both potential and existing clients to identify needs and offer suitable investment solutions
  • Provide consultations on brokerage account opening, investment instruments, and current market opportunities
  • Hold regular discussions with clients about portfolio performance and suggest improvements
  • Build long-term relationships and ensure high client satisfaction and retention
  • Execute client orders based on best execution principles (price, timing, volume)
  • Identify new business opportunities and provide feedback on improving sales processes and client engagement
  • Analyze local and international financial markets and share insights with clients and internal teams
  • Maintain proper documentation in line with regulatory and internal standards
  • Ensure effective collaboration with internal departments, partner institutions, and financial organizations involved in investment services
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree in economics or engineering
  • At least 1 year of work experience in brokerage, investment advisory, or financial product sales
  • License of an individual providing investment services - Broker, as required by the Armenian legislation is a plus
  • Strong sales, customer service and negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication, presentation skills
  • Strong client orientation and relationship management mindset
  • Excellent command of Armenian, English and Russian
  • Technical and basic analytical skills, always up-to-date
  • Ability to work under pressure with attention to detail and quick response to changing circumstances
  • Ability to make informed decisions and handle stressful situations
  • Ability to work in a team; good manners
  • Strong sense of responsibility
  • Time management skills, ability to make objective and unbiased decisions
