Overview

We are looking for a Business Analyst who will work with distributed teams on digital workspace solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders and engineering teams to understand business needs, document requirements, and support the delivery process. This role involves aligning the product vision with implementation while maintaining clear and structured documentation. Project Overview: A UK based global company is building and scaling a network of flexible workspaces and coworking solutions worldwide. The portfolio includes digital platforms for workspace management, booking systems for offices and meeting rooms, and tools that support hybrid work models. The projects focus on innovation in workplace solutions, optimization of digital services, and continuous improvement of user journeys.

Responsibilities:
  • Plan and facilitate the gathering of business requirements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze and structure business needs
  • Document requirements in formats such as user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Support engineering teams during implementation
  • Maintain clear communication to ensure alignment between business goals and delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows and documentation practices
Required Qualifications:
  • 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the IT domain
  • Experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements
  • Background in collaborating with stakeholders and development teams
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies
  • Ability to translate business needs into structured specifications
  • Strong communication skills for stakeholder alignment
  • Analytical thinking with attention to detail
  • Upper Intermediate English proficiency for daily communication
Nice To Have:
  • Experience with Jira and Confluence
  • Background in digital workspace or booking systems
  • Experience in distributed teams
