Overview
Responsibilities:
- Onboard new payment providers and partners
- Prepare tasks and instructions for connecting new solutions
- Test the work of new payment methods after integration
- Check and follow the conversion rates of payment solutions
- Communicate with connected providers on issues such as conversion, errors, or troubleshooting
- Keep and update simple tables and records of payment solutions
- Research payment methods and trends in different countries
- Carry out tasks given by the Head of Payments Department
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Basic knowledge of how payments work in gambling/betting
- Experience working with task management tools (Jira, or similar)
- Understanding of payment conversion results and ability to work with simple reports
- Good communication skills and the ability to work with partners
- Attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks
- Problem-solving and a proactive approach
- Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
