SCHNEIDER GROUP LLC is looking for a Business Development Specialist.

Responsibilities:
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities, including new markets, clients, and partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing clients
  • Respond to incoming client requests (emails, calls, and leads from current clients)
  • Analyze client needs and offer tailored solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including service line experts, to structure service offerings
  • Prepare and deliver proposals, presentations, and commercial offers
  • Conduct active follow-ups, handle client inquiries, and ensure smooth onboarding
  • Attend business events, meetings, and networking activities to represent SCHNEIDER GROUP and attract new clients
  • Maintain client interaction records in CRM (Bitrix)
Required Qualifications:
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (consulting, insuring, banking or professional services preferred)
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a client-oriented mindset
  • Experience in international working environments is an advantage
  • Good level of English and Russian languages
  • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on and proactive approach, capable of working independently
  • Experience in organizing business events is an advantage
