Business Process Analyst

• Analyze current business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Document detailed process maps, workflows, and diagrams that clearly represent the current state of processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders, including business users, subject matter experts, and IT teams, to gather requirements for process improvements and automation
• Propose and design future-state processes that address identified issues and align with business objectives
• Collaborate with IT teams to design technological solutions that support process improvements, ensuring alignment with business requirements
• Support the implementation of process changes, providing input on system configurations and user training
• Generate reports and visualizations to communicate process improvements and demonstrate their impact
• Develop change management plans to facilitate smooth transitions to new processes, ensuring user buy-in and adoption
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of process changes, requirements, and improvements for future reference
• Communicate process changes, updates, and improvements to stakeholders and relevant teams

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field
• Proven experience as a Business Process Analyst or similar role
• Advanced knowledge of Armenian and English languages is mandatory
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in process modeling and diagramming tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (BPM, Six Sigma, Lean, BPM)
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Experience with process automation and workflow management tools is a plus
