Imagine Live is looking for an experienced Business Process Implementation Senior Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Designing business processes in agreement with stakeholders
  • Define the terms and scope of cooperation with partners and carry out timeline assessments
  • Ensure the technical feasibility of partners' requirements within the specified timelines by involving all relevant stakeholders
  • Coordinate the implementation of business processes across different teams and ensure the timely delivery of all projects
  • Organize the resolution process for disruptions and technical incidents related to business processes
  • Anticipate and respond quickly to potential risks that could disrupt the normal operation of business processes and lead to delays
  • Ensure and control the availability of processes required for launching projects in regulated markets (licensed/certified projects)
  • Analyze the efficiency of work processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of the process
  • Perform other functions as assigned by the direct supervisor and based on the responsibilities of the position
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in Business or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years in a relevant business process management or implementation role.
  • Fluency in Armenian, English and Russian is required
  • Defining priorities and effective time management
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Negotiation and presentation skills
  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-changing environment
