Are you GAME to JOIN US and be our new Business Process Manager?

SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyze existing business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization
  • Design and document new processes that align with business objectives and best practices
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure process designs meet business needs
  • Lead the implementation of new processes, including defining roles, responsibilities, and timelines
  • Coordinate with IT teams for system integration and automation to support process improvements
  • Conduct training sessions and workshops to ensure successful adoption of new processes across teams
  • Optimize processes continuously based on feedback, data analysis, and industry best practices
  • Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure process performance
  • Monitor process execution, identify bottlenecks or deviations, and implement corrective actions
  • Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during process changes
  • Engage with stakeholders at all levels to communicate process changes, gather feedback, and address concerns
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and process excellence within the organization
  • Identify potential risks associated with business processes and develop mitigation strategies
  • Ensure that processes comply with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and internal policies
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation of all business processes, workflows, and related procedures
  • Generate regular reports and dashboards to communicate, improvements
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Carry out other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor, which are in line with the job description and do not contradict the labor code
Required Qualifications:
  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Engineering, or related field
  • Certifications such as Lean Six Sigma, Business Process Management (BPM), or Project Management (PMP) are a plus
  • Advanced knowledge of Armenian and English is mandatory, and knowledge of Russian will be a plus
  • Proficiency in process modeling and diagramming tools (e.g., BPMN, Visio)
  • Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (BPM, Six Sigma, Lean, BPM)
  • Knowledge of business process automation, workflow optimization, and change management principles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess complex processes and identify optimization opportunities
  • Excellent project management abilities, including planning, execution, and stakeholder management.
