C# Development team lead will be responsible for maintaining software standards, collaborating with other departments of the bank and solving software problems that arise.

Responsibilities:
  • Actively perform code reviews and help evolve to code review guidelines to ensure quality code is shipped;
  • Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements, development of user stories, estimates and work plans;
-Maintain high standards of software quality within the team;
  • Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code;
  • Collaborate with other departments, support them and troubleshoot arising issues;
  • Guide team development efforts towards successful project delivery;
  • Provide technical leadership to teammates through coaching and mentorship;
  • Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software.
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in IT or in a technical field;
  • 7+ years of professional experience as a C# Software Developer;
  • Work experience in financial-banking industry will be a big plus;
  • Hands-on experience with ADO.NET, LINQ and Entity Framework technologies;
  • Excellent knowledge of WCF and REST technologies;
  • Excellent command of MS SQL server and relational database design;
  • Strong practical mind;
  • Advanced interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Excellent organizational and management skills;
  • Adaptive leadership;
  • Ability to meet deadlines; high sense of responsibility;
  • Advanced knowledge of technical English.
