Overview
Responsibilities:
- develop and improve digital solutions for the bank’s card products
- implement the digitalization of card services and processes
- study card products and technological solutions used in the banking system of the Republic of Armenia and in international markets
- participate in card product integration and system implementation processes
- present proposals for creating new card products or improving existing ones
- collaborate with business, technical and partner organizations
- participate in the testing and improvement processes of card products
Required Qualifications:
- higher education in high technologies or the financial sector
- at least 2 years of work experience in banking or in the development/digitalization of card products
- knowledge of modern digital technologies and product management programs
- PMP, Product Owner or Scrum Master certification will be considered an advantage
- ability to develop the product creation cycle: idea generation, revenue assessment and pricing evaluation
- knowledge of RA banking legislation and banking services will be considered an advantage
- excellent knowledge of Russian and English
- teamwork and communication skills
- initiative and a high sense of responsibility
