Overview
Responsibilities:
- Attracting RA resident and non-resident corporate clients, including international organizations branches/representative offices of international organizations, companies with foreign founders and financial organizations
- Analyzing clients' business activities, financial flows and transactions, collecting and coordinating documents and information necessary for the implementation of the above processes with interested departments/subdivisions
- Providing financial advice to clients on banking products, services and processes
- Selling corporate products and services, particularly those aimed at attracting liabilities (deposits, positive account balance, bonds) and products and services generating commission income (SWIFT transfers, POS/VPOS, foreign currency conversion), identifying cross-selling opportunities
- Establishing and developing long-term partnerships/business relationships with existing and new corporate clients
- Continuous servicing of the client portfolio, promptly resolving emerging issues and problems, and providing support in collaboration with relevant departments/ subdivisions
- Developing customized solutions based on analysis of client needs
- Submitting relevant proposals and coordinating them with the corresponding subdivisions in case of necessity to cooperate on terms deviating from standard ones
Required Qualifications:
- Higher professional/specialized education
- At least 2 years of work experience in the relevant field
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian, English and Russian
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Knowledge of (RA) banking legislation and regulations
- Computer skills, in particular, good knowledge of MS Excel, knowledge of LSBank program and CRM system will be considered an advantage
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Customer engagement and cross-selling skills
- Initiative, prioritization and effective time management skills
- Ability to multitask
- Attention to detail
- Ability to solve problems quickly and effectively
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Punctuality and a high sense of responsibility
