Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Implement customer service
  • Provide cash within the set limits to tellers
  • Provide service of large amounts of cash
  • Organize the operations with the Encashment service
Required Qualifications:
  • University degree in finance, accounting or economics
  • At least a year's professional experience at bank in customer service
  • Excellent knowledge of Armenian banking legislation
  • Good grasp of AS-Bank 4.0 software program
  • Excellent communication skills, literate speech
  • Customer-oriented approach
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations
  • Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages
