Overview
Responsibilities:
- Implement customer service
- Provide cash within the set limits to tellers
- Provide service of large amounts of cash
- Organize the operations with the Encashment service
Required Qualifications:
- University degree in finance, accounting or economics
- At least a year's professional experience at bank in customer service
- Excellent knowledge of Armenian banking legislation
- Good grasp of AS-Bank 4.0 software program
- Excellent communication skills, literate speech
- Customer-oriented approach
- Attention to details
- Ability to work under pressure and manage stressful situations
- Excellent command of Armenian, Russian and English languages
