Overview

The Casino Monitoring Specialist is responsible for receiving, analyzing, and processing requests related to the addition of new games and providers. The role involves performing technical checks of games to identify potential malfunctions or issues and providing detailed information regarding detected defects.The specialist ensures timely escalation of issues to the relevant teams and monitors uninterrupted website performance by responding to technical issues identified during monitoring.

Responsibilities:
  • Review incoming requests and verify newly added games on partner websites to ensure they operate according to predefined requirements.
  • Check partner Back Office (management) systems upon request to ensure data accuracy and compliance with the requirements specified in the request.
  • Close requests when no issues are identified; in case of issues, provide detailed descriptions (including screenshots and step-by-step reproduction) and escalate them to the appropriate teams.
  • Create tickets for any additional issues or website malfunctions identified during monitoring and notify relevant stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with operational, integration, and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Support process improvements and propose optimization steps for testing and monitoring activities.
  • Stay up to date with all company product updates.
  • Perform other duties assigned by the direct manager within the scope of the role.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in Manual QA, monitoring, or operational support.
  • Fluency in Armenian, English, and Russian.
  • Strong technical literacy with hands-on experience using MS Office and Jira.
  • No certifications are required for this role.
