As we continue our global expansion, we are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and support the company’s long-term growth objectives.Job OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee all financial aspects of the business and drive UltaHost’s financial strategy and planning. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with proven experience in financial management, strategic planning, investor relations, and operational scaling within the technology, cloud, hosting, or SaaS industries.As a key member of the executive leadership team, the CFO will play a critical role in shaping the company’s financial future, optimizing operational efficiency, managing financial risks, and supporting strategic growth initiatives including investments, partnerships, and M&A opportunities.Key Responsibilities• Lead and oversee all company financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, auditing, and compliance.• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with the company’s long-term vision and global expansion goals.• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and capital allocation to ensure financial sustainability and operational efficiency.• Establish and maintain strong relationships with investors, financial institutions, and strategic partners.• Evaluate investment opportunities, funding strategies, and potential mergers & acquisitions.• Drive financial planning and analysis (FP&A) processes to support data-driven executive decision-making.• Identify financial risks and implement effective risk management frameworks.• Oversee and optimize payment processing operations and financial workflows involving platforms such as Stripe, Checkout.com, PayPal, and similar systems.• Improve profitability, cost efficiency, and financial performance across all business units.• Ensure compliance with international financial regulations, taxation, and reporting standards.• Build and lead a high-performing finance team while fostering financial awareness and accountability across departments.• Provide strategic recommendations directly to the CEO and executive leadership team.Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (MBA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent qualifications are highly preferred).• Proven 4+ years of financial leadership experience in high-growth cloud infrastructure, hosting, SaaS, or enterprise technology organizations with globaloperations and scalable business models.• Minimum 8+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, including senior finance executive or CFO-level roles.• Strong background in the web hosting, cloud infrastructure, SaaS, IT, or technology sectors is highly preferred.• Proven experience managing high-growth and fast-scaling organizations.• Extensive knowledge of financial planning, corporate finance, treasury management, and strategic forecasting.• Demonstrated expertise in investor relations, fundraising, and mergers & acquisitions.• Hands-on experience with online payment ecosystems such as Stripe, Checkout.com, PayPal, or similar global payment platforms.• Advanced proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools such as Xero, QuickBooks, Excel, ERP platforms, and BI tools.• Deep understanding of international financial regulations, compliance, taxation, and auditing standards.• Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.• Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.What We Offer• Leadership opportunity in a rapidly growing global technology company• Flexible working model• Competitive salary and performance-based bonuses• Opportunity to work with international teams• Long-term career growth and development opportunities• Dynamic, innovative, and fast-paced work culture
