Evoca is looking for a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will be responsible for the oversight and management of the Company’s operations, including the development and implementation of operational strategies, processes, and policies. The COO will work closely with the CEO and other executives to drive operational excellence, enhance organizational efficiency, and achieve business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies and initiatives aligned with the Company's overall business objectives;
  • Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement changes to enhance productivity and profitability;
  • Assess and optimize business processes and workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness;
  • Ensure that operational activities are aligned with customer needs and expectations;
  • Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention;
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance;
  • Develop and manage the operational budget, ensuring cost control and resource optimization;
  • Implement best practices and innovative solutions to drive operational excellence, ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments;
  • Regularly review and report on operational performance to the CEO and board of directors.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (Master's degree or MBA is preferred);
  • Extensive experience in senior management roles, including prior experience as a COO or in a similar executive position;
  • Experience in developing and implementing business strategies, with a strong understanding of business operations and financial management;
  • In-depth knowledge of operational processes, efficiency improvements, and best practices;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex operational challenges;
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with strong interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Ability to navigate and lead through change, with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation;
  • Commitment to ongoing professional development and learning:
  • Excellent command of Russian and English.
