About The LOFT

The LOFT Yerevan is a creative community and multifunctional space where people of different ages and interests work, meet, organize events, and participate in a wide variety of educational, cultural, and networking activities.

We are looking for a Community & Space Manager who will take ownership of the day-to-day operations of The LOFT, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows, increasing bookings and revenue, and building long-term relationships with members and clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Handle all booking inquiries;
  • Prepare proposals and negotiate terms;
  • Coordinate event preparation;
  • Ensure every event runs smoothly;
  • Maintain the booking calendar and build relationships with returning clients.
Required Qualifications:
  • Have experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, coworking spaces, or event management;
  • Can effectively manage multiple processes simultaneously;
  • Have experience coordinating teams and/or delegating tasks;
  • Are proactive, independent, and highly responsible;
  • Have excellent Armenian language skills and are fluent in both English and Russian.
