SoftConstruct is on a search for a new player to join our team.

Responsibilities:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Audit, Finance, Business Administration, or Law.
  • At least 5-7 years of experience in compliance monitoring, risk oversight, or internal audit.
  • Deep expertise in compliance monitoring, internal controls, and risk management in iGaming.
  • Strong leadership abilities to direct testing processes and manage dedicated monitoring specialists.
  • Fluency in English; Armenian and Russian proficiency is highly appreciated.
Required Qualifications:
  • Direct continuous tracking, auditing, and real-time monitoring of regulatory workflows to ensure alignment across B2B and B2C operations.
  • Establish robust testing frameworks and supervise a dedicated team of compliance monitors.
