One Business – is a consulting company specializing in business relocation and assistance in running a business in Armenia from zero to key provides legal consulting, accounting, recruitment services, services of obtaining IT certification, preparation of legal statements and other analysis of Armenian legislation, as well as assistance in obtaining subsidies as part of support measures from the state.

We are looking for a dedicated Paralegal (Civil & Administrative Law) with an active attorney license preferred to join our legal team and provide professional legal support to clients. The role involves preparing and reviewing legal documents, conducting legal research, analyzing Armenian legislation, assisting with legal procedures, and supporting various civil and administrative law matters.

Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing, and performing legal analysis of various types of contracts.
  • Preparing documents for the state registration of companies and amendments to corporate charters.
  • Conducting legislative analysis and preparing legal opinions.
  • Drafting and submitting formal inquiries and written applications to government authorities.
  • Preparing legal complaints, claims, and lawsuits.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Law.
  • At least 1 year of relevant professional experience.
  • Proficiency in the Russian language.
  • An active attorney’s license (Bar admission) is a significant advantage.
  • Proficiency in the English language is an advantage.
