Overview
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of construction projects, from planning to delivery
- Ensure compliance with technical safety standards and quality requirements
- Coordinate the work of contractors, suppliers, and team members
- Monitor daily site activities and conduct regular inspections
- Prepare and control material requests and project documentation
- Oversee resource allocation and ensure effective use of tools and equipment
- Provide progress reports to management and stakeholders
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Civil Engineering, or a related field
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in construction or project management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and standards
- Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure
