Overview

Responsibilities:
  • Data Centers precision air conditioning systems maintenance activities organization, modernization works planning and implementation
  • HQ and other office areas VRF and multi-zonal air conditioning, as well as ventilation systems maintenance activities organization, modernization works planning and implementation
  • Sites climate control systems maintenance activities organization, modernization works planning and implementation
  • Preparation of technical requirements for necessary equipment, systems and materials purchasing processes organization, supplier selection and contracts conclusion
  • HVAC systems planning and implementation for new office and technological areas such as new Service Centers, new Data Centers, etc.
Required Qualifications:
  • Higher education in a related field
  • At least 3 year of corresponding work experience
  • Knowledge of construction norms and rules
  • Basic knowledge of physics and electrical engineering
  • Work safety rules for the operation of infrastructure systems
  • Skills for using control and measuring instruments
  • Language skills (Armenian, Russian and English)
  • Computer skills (MS Office, AutoCAD, other relative platforms)
  • Ability to organize and manage multiple assignments within critical deadlines
  • Effective communication, problem solving, planning and reporting skills
  • Adaptability/Flexibility
  • Team work and cooperation
