- Conduct negotiations and meetings with corporate clients and partners.
- Provide consultation on insurance products and pricing.
- Understand clients’ key risks and identify opportunities to expand insurance cooperation.
- Conduct preliminary risk assessment (underwriting) and coordinate pre-insurance inspections.
- Prepare, negotiate, and conclude insurance contracts.
- Manage the existing portfolio, ensuring timely renewals and contract amendments.
- Participate in tenders, sales development initiatives, and digitalization projects.
- Higher education in a finance-related field, such as Insurance, Finance, or Economics.
- Previous experience in the insurance industry.
- Strong ability to analyze financial and business information.
- B2B sales experience, with strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly, work effectively in a multitasking environment, and collaborate as part of a team.
- Excellent command of Armenian and good knowledge of Russian and English.
